His name has been listed in the Limca Book of Records for holding national record to have won 15 awards in a span of 17 years as freelance film journalist and columnist. He debuted with an exclusive interview of none other than legendary composer R.D.Burman (Pancham) after he won his first Filmfare Award for Sanam Teri Kasam. He considers Panchamda as his "guru" since he inspired him to continue with his journalist passion. Incidentally, Chaitanya shared a warm rapport with rhythm king Panchamda as he is also an expert in western rhythm instruments like bongo, congo, tumba etc. It is an honour to have Mr.Padukone as a Creative Correspondent.
